Additional persons after the first 2 are $25 /night per person any age.
Additional $150 cleaning fee will be added to total.
Maximum 4 guests per Suite, NO EXCEPTIONS

Booking Policy
-Additional person $25 per night per person after the first two
-50% deposit taken at time of booking unless within 8months of stay 100%
-Listed rates do not include accommodation and general excise tax of 17.962
-We accept Visa, Mastercard & Discover Cards with a 3% processing fee and checks
-Damage deposit may be required
Cancellation policy: If reservation is cancelled under 60 days prior to check in there is no refund unless we can rebook the dates.
If we can rebook the dates there will be a cancellation fee of 25% of the reserevation total deducted from the refund.
If reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to check in there is a full refund minus $100 processing fee and credit card processing fees.
